The JPay Progress Card is a prepaid MasterCard that can be used to purchase goods and services anywhere the MasterCard logo is displayed. Your Progress Card is automatically activated for "swipe" transactions - those purchases that require your card to be swiped through a card reader and that also require your signature - but must be registered and activated for ATM withdrawals.
