Inmate Trust Account Payments
JPay is the fastest and most convenient way to send money to an inmate. JPay.com customers can send money using a Visa or MasterCard branded credit or debit card. Inmate Phone Payments
JPay lets family and friends fund an inmate’s phone account (prepaid or debit) with a Visa or MasterCard branded credit or debit card. The money is credited instantly allowing inmates to contact their loved ones immediately. Community Correction Payments
JPay is the fastest way for offenders to send community corrections payments including victim restitution, court costs and fines, cost of supervision fees, room and board and drug testing fees. Inmate eMessaging
JPay eMessaging is the fastest way to send a letter to an inmate. Family and friends type their letters on JPay.com. Depending on the facility, inmates can respond in writing or electronically. This service is only available in select states. If you don’t see the eMessaging option once you log in, then your inmate is currently unable to receive eMessages.

Video Visitation
JPay offers an innovative video visitation system that allows family and friends to visit inmates from the comfort of home. All you need is a camera, headset and access to JPay.com. Inmates visit from the visitation kiosks located in their housing units. To see if video visitation is available to your inmate, log in or use the service map.
