JPay Prepaid Phone Time is an easy way to prepay for phone calls with Incarcerated Individuals.

This new service is only available in certain states. If you don’t see a Phone Time option once you log in, then your Incarcerated Individuals are currently unable to receive JPay Prepaid Phone Time.

JPay also knows where an Incarcerated Individual is housed at all times. If an Incarcerated Individual is transferred between housing units or between facilities, the JPay Prepaid Phone Time System will know!
